Raspberry Mule Cocktail

Finding raspberry flavored ginger beer was an exciting moment on a recent trip to the grocery store. I really like ginger beer. I really like Moscow Mules made with vodka, fresh lime juice and ginger beer. So a raspberry flavored Moscow Mule sounded very appealing. I had just rescued this cheerful set of glasses from our local Goodwill, and thought they said Happy Spring. So here we go – a cocktail recipe for a Raspberry Mule to welcome the spring season.
Raspberry Mule
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 dashes Scrappy’s lime bitters (Scrappy’s is made right here in Seattle, and has other terrific flavors)
- 4 to 6 ounces raspberry flavored ginger beer – regular ginger beer will taste wonderful as well
