Bitters & Infused Sparkling Water

This Bitters & Infused Sparkling Water tastes as good as it looks. I’ll be whipping up some pitchers of it for my Garden to Glass – Cocktails! event at Molbak’s Garden & Home this upcoming Saturday, March 16 at noon. I’ve been polishing up my pictures of garden cocktails to show, and will be sharing all sorts of hot tips on gartending – gardening + bartending. It’s a free event, and no registration is necessary. You’ll want to spend some extra time soaking up all of the garden goodness to be found at Molbak’s. I’m sure there will be oodles of plant possibilities to add to your own cocktail garden.
The pickings were sort of slim out in our late winter garden. But I found sage, bronze fennel and red kale to liven up the sparkling water. Some strips of tangerine rind and a float of Peychaud’s bitters on top. An easy and refreshing drink.
