Lemon Balm & Borage Sparkling Water

Refreshing and easy. Two words we want to hear during the summer, or anytime really. This Lemon Balm & Borage Sparkling Water is a snap to prepare. It’s always nice to give your guests a festive, non-alcoholic beverage choice. Feel free to use your own combination of fresh, organic herbs and edible flowers from your garden. A few snips, some lemon slices, some sparkling water, and you are done.
I encourage you to make room in your garden for borage. The bees will thank you. The beautiful blue blossoms have a mild cucumber taste.
Make a lot of room for lemon balm. It is a bit of a beast, but can be whacked back. Lemon balm is a calming herb, and is useful for digestive problems. Try this other delicious way to use it. And this too.
